As the Leader for Control Software Quality and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional
customer experience for our variable speed drives. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in
our control software. Your technical expertise, hands-on, mentality, and customer-centric mindset will play a vital

Your responsibilities
- Software Quality Assurance: Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive software testing and
quality assurance strategies to ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of our variable speed drives'
control software written in C+ programming language.
- Customer Experience Management: Define and implement customer-centric approaches to enhance the usability,
accessibility, and overall satisfaction of our products. Analyze customer feedback and derive actionable insights to
drive continuous improvement.
- Software Development Process: Collaborate with software developers and cross-functional teams in the development of
control software for variable speed drives. Establish best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies
to optimize software quality and customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and address complex software issues reported by customers or identified during
testing. Ensure timely and effective resolution of software-related problems to minimize disruptions to end-users.
- Product Documentation: Oversee the creation of comprehensive and accurate technical documentation for control
software, including user manuals, release notes, and troubleshooting guides as well as configuration tools for
commissioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, hardware engineering, and customer support teams to align
software development efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Your background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, specifically with C+ programming language, preferably in the context of
variable speed drives.
- Demonstrated experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and test automation tools including
offline and real-time simulator tools
- In-depth understanding of customer experience management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to
non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the industrial automation industry or related fields is a plus.
