Product & Process Compliance Specialist (80 – 100%) m/w/d

We are looking for a Product & Process Compliance Specialist to join our Quality team. In this position you will be
responsible for enforcing regulations and processes in all aspects to ensure product and process compliance 100%.
Participate in maintaining and optimizing required product and process certification. Coordinate product
re-qualifications. Assist in new certifications.
Your responsibilities
- Permanent monitoring and assurance of product conformity
- Development and supervision of control systems to ensure product and process conformity
- Organize and coordinate product re-qualifications
- Periodically review procedures, reports, product specifications to identify hidden risks or issues of non-conformance
- Responsible for requirements from ATEX/IECEx, CSA, Reach/Rohs and UL.
- Support process owners to formulate appropriate processes that comply with standards
- Support and ensure that the required steps to achieve product qualifications are considered during product
development.
- Participate in the maintenance, upkeep and further development of the QM systems ISO/TS 22163, ISO 9001, ISO 45001,
ISO 14001, ISO 50001
Your background
- University or university of applied sciences degree or comparable work experience in materials science, with a focus
on plastics
- 5+ years of experience in product certification and in dealing with management systems
- Experience in project management
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- MS Office knowledge, SAP advantageous
- Ability to work in a team and to take the initiative
