Sales Specialist Medium Voltage Drives (80-100%)

We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our medium voltage (MV) drive products in the power range from 200 kW to 100
MW. Our products are used in various industries for pumps, fans, mills, conveyors, compressors and starters. Working
within ABB System Drives, you will be part of our MV Drives Sales Team selling MV drives products to OEMs as well as
internal and external system integrators worldwide. In this role you will be responsible for the Chinese market and
will develop technical solutions for supporting internal and external channels.
Your responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for reaching sales goals in assigned markets
- Lead proactive sales activities to support and develop existing customer base with the aim of building long-term,
profitable relationships
- Prepare and present offers
- Conduct customer seminars on MV drives
- Build-up and refine MV drive project knowledge for assigned areas and key accounts
Your background
- Degree in electrical engineering (TS/FH/HS)
- Knowledge of drive technology
- Proven sales ability and determination to deliver results
- Fluency in English and Chinese, German is an asset
- Self-motivated personality
- Team player with intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
