This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Who is Hilti? For more than a decade, Hilti has been
recognized by Great Place to Work as one of the best places to work. Founded in 1941 by the Hilti brothers, we have
over 120 locations globally carrying right into our lives and homes. Where people are exploring possibilities,

substantial amount of our profit goes to the Hilti Foundation, promoting societal growth and sustainable impact. What
does the role involve? Quality is a strategic priority at Hilti, and in this role, you will play a key part in driving
excellence within our production environment. The role covers assistance and supervising of 10 quality engineers in

management system, and overseeing audits and third-party certifications. 93% of our people say they’re proud to work
for Hilti, thanks to the quality of our products and the way we look after our people. What do we offer? Joining our
headquarters in Schaan, Nendeln, or Buchs connects you with a diverse community of over 2,100 colleagues from 70
nationalities in a region where Liechtenstein, Austria, and Switzerland intersect. Our employee groups actively support
causes like female empowerment and the LGBTQIA+ community and offer leisure activities like mountain biking and tennis.
We also provide opportunities for community engagement both locally and internationally. Benefits at our headquarters
include shared e-bikes, an on-site gym, dining options, learning opportunities, financial guidance, free parking, fuel
discounts, workation, sabbatical, meditation / relaxation rooms, Hilti tool rental service, massage possibilities and

(e.g., Six Sigma) to drive results. Hilti provides opportunities to explore various functions and locations. Your first
role with us is just the beginning of a journey and what we hope is a long-lasting career. What you need is:

    - Technical degree (mechanical engineering, production engineering) preferably with quality management qualification
    and auditor training
    - Proven management expertise with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a global matrix environment
