RF (Senior) Antenna Engineer / Project Leader

Your tasks
You are responsible for the development of our innovative RF mm-wave Antenna products, ranging from classical mobile
frequencies to mm-wave frequencies. Your tasks as RF (Senior) Antenna Engineer / Project Leader range from concept
creation to final release for production, including choice of materials, technology, manufacturing and testing
processes. In the context of these product development efforts you will work in close collaboration with our mechanical
engineering specialists and the development teams of other departments, being responsible of work packages or by
leading full projects.
Besides the interaction with internal experts you will collaborate closely with suppliers, universities and
institutes. Thus, you will be responsible for bringing in new ideas and technologies from research institutions for our
next generation of innovative Antenna products.
Finally, you are also responsible for the technical customer interface. This includes clarification and discussion of
technical customer inquiries, discovery & understanding the real customer needs & pains. Customer visits and proactive
customer relationship are also part of the expected activities.
Your profile
- Technical degree in electrical engineering (ETH/FH) with a major in Radio Frequency techniques/physics
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the CAD tools for 3D field simulations is an asset (HFSS, CST)
- Skills to communicate and plan in a professional and systematic way and able to meet timelines and cost-efficiency
goals
- Ability to drive, co-ordinate and lead projects and your customer-oriented thinking will be the basis of your
professional success
- Very good communication skills in English and German
- Leadership skills (activities, people) will be considered a plus
