We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our international and multicultural team, and to
support locally the business by delivering full life-cycle recruiting services that enable the organization to reach
its full potential by getting the right people in the right place at the right time. This is a great opportunity for
experienced professionals who are focused on the consultative side of talent acquisition and will partner with our
internal HR community and hiring managers to fillmainly Production, Service and Sales functional roles with internal
and external top talentsin Switzerland.
THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: YOUR TASKS
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment process across production, sales and corporate position, supported by Talent
Acquisition Coordinators and Sourcing Specialists
- Serves as an advisor and resource to HR Business Partners and hiring managers throughout the recruiting and
selection process
- Develops, evolves and uses effective and high impact recruiting strategies, tactics and resources to attract top
talent using a variety of tools and resources
- Drives interviews
- Builds, develops, and promotes dormakaba’s Employer Brand
- Continually evaluates and evolves our recruiting processes, procedures, tools, forms and materials to optimize the
efficiency and effectiveness of our Talent Acquisition efforts for the full life cycle
- Provides expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and the business, promoting innovative and forward-thinking
attraction strategies and retention
- Ensures a successful transition to the preboarding/onboarding stage
WE PUT TRUST IN YOU: YOUR SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
- Previous experience recruiting Engineering, Sales and/or Corporate functions in the manufacturing industry will be
highly appreciated
- Professional working proficiency in English, French, German and Swiss-German
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office products and experience with an applicant tracking system
- Strong organization and prioritization skills and detail orientation, with ability to be agile in a fast-paced
dynamic environment
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills, building and maintaining effective and constructive working
relationships
