    - Automating build, test and deployment processes to improve productivity
    - Working in an international, cross-location team using Scrum
    - Collaborating closely with multiple software development teams
    - Coaching and training engineers to build, test and deploy a wide range of embedded and application software
    - Strategically selecting and introducing technologies to enhance the efficiency of our CI/CD environment
    - Establishing a robust overall system architecture and streamlining pipelines and processes through objective and
    well-founded decision-making
    - Working on complex challenges that push the boundaries of your skills and knowledge, allowing you to continuously
    learn and grow technically and personally
    - Getting comprehensive insights across diverse software departments from surveying devices to office software as well
    as IT operations
    - Using AI enabled tools

    This is you

    - Significant software development experience favourably in C++, C#, Kotlin or Python
    - Deep understanding in design and automation of CI pipelines and experience preferably in TeamCity, GitHub Actions or
    Jenkins
    - Great communication and negotiation skills in English in combination with a proactive and result-driven personality
    - A strong level of assertiveness, enabling confident and impactful representation of ideas and technical arguments
    - Expertise in Infrastructure as Code in technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Grafana, Prometheus etc.
    - Highly skilled in Version Control Systems especially in Git with expertise in branching strategies, release
    management and versioning concepts
    - A wide range of dependency management skills with e.g. Conan, NuGet, PyPi, Docker, Debian, Maven
    - Know-how in containerized environments with Docker
