    In this role, you will be responsible for the on-time assembly and wiring of complete traction or railroad converters
    and their assemblies. You will document the work performed and update relevant assembly documents on a regular basis.
    Your profound knowledge will enable you to comply with quality standards and to achieve the set production targets.
    Your flexibility and independent way of working give us the possibility to use you on our wide product portfolio.
    Through your open nature, you will report to the team coordinator/assembly manager and contribute to ABB's safety
    culture, working together as a team to ensure smooth operations.

    Your responsibilities

    - Assemble, mount and wire subassemblies (semi-finished products) and complete devices according to order-specific
    - Documentation
    - Electronic documentation of device data (serialization) in the ERP system (SAP)
    - Carrying out and documenting quality checks and controls (self-testing)
    - Compliance with instructions, performance specifications and guidelines
    - Documentation of work/activities performed (daily follow-up of assembly and work reports, etc.)
    - Introduction of improvement measures (Continuous Improvement Process "CIP")

    Your background

    - Completed vocational training in the field of automation/assembly
    - 5 years of professional experience in the field of automation/assembly
    - Good computer skills
    - Good social and team skills
    - Good communication skills
    - Good and fluent knowledge of German required, knowledge of English an advantage
