    In this role, you will be accountable for global sales of Grinding Mill Drives for the mining industry in our Process
    Industries Division, based in Baden-Dättwil (Switzerland), driving sales volumes and profit margins. You will use your
    experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

    This position reports to

    Sales Manager

    Your responsibilities

    - Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
    - Presenting to customers and at industry events
    - Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships utilizing Salesforce as CRM platform
    - Promoting customer understanding of full offering and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales
    process
    - Defining and leading sales strategies for selected projects
    - Leading the offer process - preparing and ensuring the timely submission of technical and commercial bids as well as
    promoting sales bids to customers and negotiating contracts
    - Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
    - Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities

    Your background

    - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
    - Sound knowledge of electrical or electromechanical equipment and machinery for the minerals processing industry
    market or similar
    - A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
    - A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
    - A degree in Electrical Engineering in the field of Electrical Machines and / or Power Electronics
    - Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese or German will be advantageous
