This position reports to
HR Services Talent–Hub Lead Western EU
Your responsibilities
- Contributing to delivering talent processes with special focus on recruitment
- Be an active part of our team and take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process including kick-offs
with hiring managers, candidate selection, communication, interviews and offer negotiations
- Contributing to our digital journey and best-in-class user experience
- Effectively partnering with our colleagues to ensure coordination with candidates and hiring managers run smoothly
and efficiently (e.g., job posting, interview scheduling, job offer processing)
- Actively contributing to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
- Recommending new practices, processes or policies to improve HR function
Your background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- High level of initiative, structured working methods and joined-up thinking
- Sound knowledge of interview methodologies and the swiss labour market
- A solution-focused approach, strong written and spoken communication skills
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related discipline
- Fluency in English and German
