    The Division IS and Data Architect ensures mid- to long-term best fit/balance between business needs, technological
    possibilities, economic implementation, operation, maintenance and risks of the IS and data architecture. This allows
    Motion Traction to have an unbroken data value chain supporting our business strategy. In this role you will own IS and
    data architecture (data strategy, data model, integrations) for Traction division and ensure it is in line with
    enterprise IS and data architecture standards.

    Your responsibilities

    - Responsible for sustainable end-to-end data integration architecture and governance along the value chain serving
    the various business needs
    - Ensure optimized solution (Process, Application, Data) together with business process lead
    - Defining and documenting Traction wide data integration architecture and governance
    - Enforcing architecture in projects / applications
    - Aligning architecture with global and Motion IS
    - Master data management including single source of truth topics
    - Discussing and communicating architecture with solution owners/architects, steco, management and other stakeholders

    Your background

    - Master degree with 5+ years of IT experience in:
    - Developing, configuring, deploying and maintaining IS and data integration architecture in a global organization
    - Master data management
    - Networking, hosting, security
    - Cloud architecture
    - Identity and Authorization Management
    - Proven performance as an IT architect in a complex, global organization
    - Business domain knowledge and healthy, collaborative relationship with key business stakeholders
    - Being able to translate complex IS and data architecture into a language with which a discussion with business
    stakeholders can be held
    - Self-driven team player able to work in an international environment
    - Excellent communication skills (English must, German beneficial)
    - Knowing ABB’s data and IS landscape (Beneficial)
