Could you be the full-time Executive Assistant & Internal communication officer (f/m/d) in Villeneuve we’re looking
for?
Your Future Role
In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and modernize trains,
locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our general management ensures
that Alstom continues to grow and become more successful. You’ll report to Christoph TIETZ (Site Managing Director) and
work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team. In your role, you are also integrated in the regional communication
team.
We’ll look for you to :
As Communication officer:

Set the tone for communication throughout the site and promote the company's cultural objectives

Develop and execute an effective internal communications strategy

Create and uphold the employee value proposition, ensuring it aligns with the company's mission and vision for a
consistent cultural expression

Manage the SharePoint for the Villeneuve site and publish communications
As Executive Assistant:
-
Maintain and manage agendas, arrange meetings, and provide reminders
-
Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain an efficient documentation system
-
Organize and coordinate events and seminars
-
Handle travel arrangements, expense claims, and invoice management.

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in both French and English, with a demonstrated
ability in business correspondence; proficiency in German is a plus

Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Show MS Office skills and enthusiasm
