Uzwil permanent, 100%Start: Upon agreement The Global Supply Chain Sustainability Manager will be responsible for
developing and implementing a sustainable supply chain strategy across our global organization. The key objectives of
this role are to drive the supply chain sustainability agenda and work closely with internal and external stakeholders
to both track progress and ensure achievement of our current and future decarbonization targets.
This group function is critical to reducing our environmental impact, complying with evolving requirements, and

- Drive the design, implementation and further development of all processes for sustainability integration into daily
business
- Perform research and analysis of suppliers, to understand their environmental impact, and best practice that is
being developed
- Identify and assess potential sustainability risks within the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve their performance in sustainability related topics
- Provide guidance and training to all internal stakeholders on Supply Chain sustainability topics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
- Experience in managing sustainability related tasks/projects
- Ability to understand, synthesise and implement improvements in the environmental impact of our procurement
activities – with focus on GHG, Scope 3
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and business partners (German & English level CAE)
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside
and outside of the company
- Advances business training (NDS, CAS, MAS, MBA or EMBA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
