To strengthen our supplier quality management organization, we are searching for an experienced personality who will
build a connection between the local Quality Control and the Engineering department as well as our Supplier Quality
Inspection to create and manage inspection plans for purchased parts. We are looking for a dynamic and resilient team
player as
QA Engineer Quality Processes & SCM 80-100% (f/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
- Maintenance and management of quality control planning
- Creation of globally applicable control plans in the SAP Q-Module
- Maintenance of dynamic quality control intervals in the SAP Q-Module
- Support for BC manufacturing sites in quality control planning
- Maintenance and management of quality control instructions
- Creation of QCI and measurement procedures for BC production facilities and suppliers
- Management of supplier audits for CEM parts
- Conducting supplier audits (Gate 3 Audits, Development Audits, QAA Audits)
- NCR analysis of supplier NCRs and audit results
- Definition and monitoring of development measures for suppliers
- Carrying out witness inspections at BCAG
- Internal process and ISO audits at BCAG
- Collaboration on internal improvement projects and creation of new specifications
Your Profile:
- Bachelor / Master degree in either mechanical engineering or process engineering, or similar education
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar business
- Knowledge in NDT / DT
- Knowledge in Norms ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ISO45001
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
- German and English written and spoken

- Good social skills / Able to cooperate and integrate / Able to work in multi-cultural environments
- High degree of customer orientation – irrespective of "internal" or "external" customer
- 10% traveling mainly in Europe
