    We are looking for a Digital Sales Engineer to join our Group as a member of the Non-Blue Digital Sales Channels,
    which is part of Endress+Hauser Group Services. The position is located in Reinach, Switzerland, hosted by
    Endress+Hauser International and reports to the Head of Non-Blue Digital Sales Channels, located in Reinach.

    Which tasks will you perform?
    You will:

    - Provide application and commercial support to external sales channels.
    - Collaborate with sales teams and technical experts to identify customer needs and propose optimal solutions.
    - Train and mentor sales channels on Endress+Hauser portfolio, offering and best practices.
    - Formulate and implement the account plans that maximizes the value generated by digital sales channels worldwide.
    - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, supply chain associates, customers,
    partners, etc. to ensure partner’s sustainable growth.
    - Collaborate with the Head of Business Unit, Business development manager and supply chain associates to onboard and
    kickstart partnerships with new sales channels.


    What do we expect from you?
    You:

    - Have a completed technical or engineering degree in a relevant field.
    - Have at least 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position in a digital sales environment. Previous
    experience with Endress+Hauser and/or industrial automation is a plus.
    - Are fluent in English and German, an additional European language would be a plus.
    - Have the knowledge with ERP and CRM systems like SAP and Sales Force, Experience with the CPQ ( Configure, Price
    Quote) process and tools is a plus.
    - Have a strong customer orientation & business mindset combined with excellent communication skills.
    - Are a persistent, self-confident and team-oriented personality.
    - Bring business acumen and market awareness to identify and act on new opportunities.
    - Are a curious individual with excellent communication skills that is able to combine technical and commercial
    requirement and explain them to sales channel partners.
