    Roles + Responsibilities

    - Develop and organize the Endress+Hauser penetration testing lab, ensuring an advanced and secure testing environment
    - Evaluate the latest vulnerabilities and support the implementation of measures to enhance the security of critical
    infrastructures
    - Organize and coordinate the Product Security Incident Team (PSIRT) vulnerability process within the Endress+Hauser
    group, ensuring efficient and effective handling of security incidents
    - Contribute to a global network of vulnerability management, collaborating with organizations such as CERT@VDE and
    FIRST
    - Lead the improvement of the vulnerability management process by implementing new tools and standards like CSAF and
    SBOM
    - Train stakeholders on Vulnerability Management and Security Incident Process to enhance overall security awareness

    Qualifications + Profile

    - Experience in the preparation of threat analyses and vulnerability assessments, ensuring a proactive approach to
    security
    - Proficiency in software and hardware penetration testing, with a proven ability to identify and exploit
    vulnerabilities
    - Ideally, knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 2700x or IEC 62443, enabling you to align security practices
    with recognized frameworks
    - Ideally, familiarity with software engineering and IT concepts to facilitate effective collaboration with
    development teams
    - Excellent communication and social skills, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders and work
    collaboratively within a team
    - Business fluency in English and German, enabling you to communicate seamlessly with international colleagues and
    customers
