Job Description Summary
The mission is to manage and coordinate construction and commissioning activities and processes per project’s
contractual obligations, ensuring proper support to the site activities and the Site Managers, find local resources for
the projects. The PCCM has to ensure that construction & commissioning activities are performed 100% in line with
compliance rules, contractual requirements and quality targets, within scope, on time, and to budget.

Mission description:
In particular, the mission consists to:
- Represent the site team in actions related to home office
- Support C&C activities in the region, find local resources for the projects
- Review scope, budget, schedule, and risk/opportunities of the contract
- Participate in the handover process from tendering to construction reviewing construction scope and budget; assess
and understand potential risks and opportunities
- Define the project rules and conditions in coordination with Site and Project Manager. Create the project guidelines
for the respective projects
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of the delegation model strategy
- Ensure the nomination, mobilization and de-mobilization of site staff according to defined schedules and
requirements of the site, Ensure resources are appointed and delegated on-time and in compliance with the approved
delegation strategies
- On time and accurate site installation report to GE internal customers. Ensure accurate reporting in the tools WIPT
and P6
- Manage site cost within budget, coordinate and ensure that purchase orders for site activities are placed
opportunely in respect of local purchasing process
- Know and ensure the respect of the local regulation rules.
- Monitor and ensure that the erection and commissioning documentation needed for the execution of the site activities
is available on-site, as per contractual requirements
- Support the team with Finance/Sourcing expertise, ensure that tools and processes are used globally.
- Review scope, budget, schedule, and risk/opportunities of the contract
- Participate in the handover process from tendering to construction reviewing construction scope and budget; assess
and understand potential risks and opportunities
- Launch and drive C&C kick off meeting, Project start-up check list
- Ensure NCR opened fullfill criteria (problem resolution qualifies for an NCR)
- On time delivery of C&C/TDI EAC numbers
- Optimization of C&C cost
- Could be managing multiple sites as PCCM.
- Region of execution: Worldwide projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge / experience.
- Significant experience in EPC management Leadership or Project management
- Strong experience and knowledge in Site Financial and Sourcing processes
- Strong oral and written communication skills in German
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate an expertise in a team
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects.
- Established project management skills
