Your tasks
- Support the Content Team with research, project management, liaison with internal stakeholders (such as IT) and
publishing processes (external & internal)
- Tracking of content performance and reporting on the impact of our multi-channel communication strategy
- Regular preparation of content reviews and measuring analytics
- Follow and research industry trends, such as AI and new formats, in alignment with the Corporate Digital Projects
team as well as benchmarking with peers
Your profile
- At least 1-2 years of experience in communications (corporate, media or agency, including internships), preferably
in an international environment; Experience in project management preferred
- Strong interest in end-to-end content development, channel activation, publishing and performance measurement
- Ability to support the team across a variety of disciplines, including employee communications, external and digital
communications
- Strong organizational skills, agility and creativity with hands-on attitude
- Enthusiastic communication all-rounder with interest in new communications trends
- Professional fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
