Technical & Commercial Advisor B-West-Flanders

Responsibilities
- Securing the sales process from acquisition of new clients, technical advice, and commercial negotiation for
existing customers until to the reception of the payments
- Jointly responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and support by high level service for metal workers, architects
and other customer groups
- Acquiring new customers and projects
- Managing sales in the defined region
- Reporting to the Head of Sales NL/BE
- Managing CRM and equivalent Sales systems
Requirements
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in construction or
architectural related preferred
- Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
