Consultant Pre-Design & Special Projects

Responsibilities
- Technical Consulting for special projects for Architects, Metal Workers, and other customer groups in collaboration
with Sales and the Headquarter in Switzerland
- Personal as well as telephone advice on application and design issues
- Achieving customer satisfaction at different customer groups as planners, architects, metal workers, investors and
others
- Working alone as well as in internal and external teams
- Managing correspondence with different IT tools like CRM, CAD and others (partly)
- Participation and support in exhibitions, customer events etc.
- Reporting to line Manager, project Manager and others
Requirements
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in construction or architectural related and equivalent work experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
