    Your Tasks

    - Designing, testing, and certifying the HMI and operational behavior of our flight decks, from the early conceptual
    phase to supporting the airplanes through their service life
    - Developing and executing Human Factors processes in support of compliance activities and interacting with
    certification authorities
    - Authoring Human Factors Engineering Reports, incl. Tests Plans and compliance demonstration
    - Implementing Human Factors methodologies and best practices to develop, evaluate, analyze, test, and support the
    cognitive, interactive, ergonomic, and behavioral attributes of Pilatus Flight Decks
    - Informing and advocating for the incorporation of human performance limits in the assessment of safety documentation
    of our product design

    With this you convince us

    - A degree in Psychology, Ergonomics, or a closely related discipline would be highly beneficial
    - Experience in designing, testing, and certifying Human Factors integration aspects within the military and/or civil
    aerospace industry
    - Knowledge of relevant certifications and HF standards and guidelines such as MIL-STD-1472, AC 23.1311, AC 25.1302,
    HF-STD-001, GAMA 10, GAMA 12
    - Fluency in English (C1) with good communication skills, German would be an advantage
    - Ability to prioritize tasks and flexibility in the approach, work autonomously and find solutions as well as great
    teamwork, communication and mediator skills
    - Both rigor in the analysis and ability to reach consensus with multiple stakeholders while maintaining compliance to
    the Human Factors objectives
