Your Tasks
- Develop E-learning content and conduct peer reviews
- Create lesson plans based on a defined training syllabus
- Provide Quality Assurance and version control across all E-learning projects
- Liaise with Engineering and other Departments to verify the technical information
With this you convince us
- Aviation background (pilot or technician)
- Experience in E-learning content development / tools
- Learning technology knowledge such as Learning Management System (LMS), Content Management System (CMS) and Training
Management System (TMS)
- Experience with scripting such as JavaScript is advantageous
- Fluent in spoken and written English to at least level C1, knowledge of German is advantageous
- Prepared to work autonomously or as part of an international team and to travel internationally
