Your place of work:Stans, Schweiz
Your Tasks
- Planning and coordination of all Field Support maintenance activities including customs
- Communication with customers/CAMO and coordination of all Field Support maintenance activities
- Preparing of Field Support offers and full SAP administration incl. open Work Order
- Coordination of spare parts and logistics with different stakeholders
- Finalizing of Work packages after maintenance events
- Monitoring of internal and external KPIs related to all Field Support maintenance activities
With this you convince us
- Firm understanding of aircraft maintenance practices and processes (EASA Part-145/CAMO)
- Good SAP and MS Office knowledge favorable
- Advanced English skills spoken and written, German skills favorable
- Highly motivated, customer focused, take initiative and a can-do attitude by handling multiple tasks simultaneously
and ensure correct prioritization of tasks to meet a set schedule in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Above-average commitment with willingness to work flexible hours, including outside office hours (on-call service)
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills dealing with different stakeholders
