Your Tasks
- Drive and support the digital transformation of global procurement processes
- Analyze and optimize procurement workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and enable automation and innovation
- Deploy and integrate digital tools and platforms for procurement, ensuring seamless connection with existing ERP
systems (S/4HANA, ARIBA)
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, blockchain) to enhance efficiency and data-driven
decision-making
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track procurement performance and supplier compliance
- Oversee change management efforts, including training and stakeholder engagement as well as collaborate with IT and
external vendors to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security
With this you convince us
- Degree in a technical or business-related field, and strong interest in the aircraft industry
- Advanced SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and ARIBA module expertise as well as experience with emerging
technologies is desirable
- Proven ability to analyze processes, manage projects, and deliver data-driven insights
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with cross-functional processes
- Excellent communication abilities in business-fluent English including presenting complex topics to diverse
audiences and leading teams effectively
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset
