Your Mission
As a Commercial Finance Specialist you will be support in driving financial performance within our Sales and
Operations organization across 21 countries in the EMEA region. Your mission involves supporting local project
management, establishing a project controlling team, and overseeing the financial management of critical projects.
You'll ensure compliance with regulations during project execution, collaborate with Project Managers, and focus on
achieving project goals while maintaining financial standards and managing risks and opportunities
Location: This position is based in our Zug – Switzerland HQ
Your Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance for operations and service business
- Report to the Finance Head, acting as a trusted partner for Sales & Operations, overseeing business administration,
controlling, and financial planning
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a senior financial project controller for critical projects
- Support to develop and upskill the Commercial Project Management organization in EMEA region
- Foster an ownership culture, addressing compliance, claim management, change management, contract management,
opportunity, and risk management
- Participate in project reviews to ensure accurate cost and pricing calculations
Your Contribution
- Develop skills and mentor Finance colleagues
- Collaborate for efficient project execution and financial optimization
- Support project teams and facilitate lessons learned
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting
- Proven experience in team management
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial project management
- Strong analytical and planning skills, risk management expertise, and proactive problem-solving
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills across different cultures
- Project Management Certification is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Open to travel (20–30%)
