    In our quest to revolutionize the world’s infrastructure, we are seeking a Head of Partner Program Management for our
    Growth & Performance department within our SI Buildings Business Unit

    Location : This position will be located in Zug, Switzerland

    The Role

    As the Head of Partner Program Management , you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a
    comprehensive partner strategy to drive growth and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Partner Management for SI
    Buildings, you will oversee the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from recruitment and onboarding to enablement
    and performance management

    Your new Responsibilities

    - Develop and implement a global strategic partner program that aligns with the overall business objectives for the
    Building market
    - Identify, evaluate, and onboard the most promising technology, service, and distribution partners to expand the
    company's reach and capabilities
    - Manage the partner lifecycle, including onboarding, joint business planning, performance tracking, and continuous
    optimization
    - Design and deliver effective partner enablement initiatives, such as training, certification programs, and
    go-to-market support
    - Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners to ensure alignment, drive co-innovation, and maximize
    mutual value
    - Analyze partner performance data and market trends to achieve program enhancements and new partner recruitment
    - Represent the partner program and advocate for partner interests within the organization
    - Lead a team of partner managers and coordinators, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction

    Your talents and experience

    - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
    - 5+ years of experience in partner program management, preferably in the building technology industry or technology
    driven companies
    - Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B partner strategies that drive revenue growth and
    market expansion
    - Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
    - Strong business acumen and financial management skills to ensure partner program profitability
    - Demonstrated expertise in partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance management
    - Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    - Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
    - Fluency in English
