    Your new role

    Our Regional Solutions & Services Business Unit, Region EMEA is looking for a motivated colleague to take care of the
    Product Management for our Service Sales tools, in particular our Service Calculation Tool (SCT). In this role, you
    will collaborate with Service Sales colleagues within our 22 assigned countries, as well as with peers responsible for
    Service Portfolio and Service Technology & Tools (e.g. Global installed Base, Works Field Service, Customer Portal,
    STEP, GSPF).

    Jointly with our Deployment Manager you ensure a successful roll-out and adoption of Service Sales tools and new
    functionalities. Together with the Product Owner and Solution Architect on the IT side you improve the application in
    an agile development environment. You will coordinate the community of colleagues within Region EMEA where you identify
    the needs, specify the end-to-end use cases and formulate the requirements for Service Sales Tools. This will improve
    digitalization and further increase the effectiveness of our service sales, keeping in mind the end-to-end perspective
    to service delivery.

    Your responsibilities

    - Be responsible for the Service Calculation Tool (SCT) and service sales application in terms of technology,
    processes, documentation within Region EMEA
    - Engage with Business Owners and Service Portfolio Management for strategic direction and the enablement of new
    service offerings in our service sales tooling
    - Communicate vision and fit with target application landscape to stakeholders
    - Understand and describe end to end use cases, estimate their business impact and specify the requirements towards
    the application
    - Drive prioritization and technical implementation of use cases in close collaboration with our Deployment Manager,
    Product Owner and Solution Architect for service sales tools
    - Manage the community of subject matter experts and partners across Region EMEA in collaboration between our
    colleagues of Service Portfolio and Service Sales
    - Provide performance insights for the designated applications (e.g. adoption, usage)
    - Support the Deployment Manager with the implementation of service sales tools in our assigned countries, including
    process change, training and improvement measures

    Your profile

    - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or business. A combination of technical and business degree is
    preferred
    - Background in product management, requirements engineering or service sales, ideally related to business
    digitalization or building technology within a B2B environment
    - Previous work experience ideally related to sales tools and exposure to our building fields (building automation,
    management stations, fire safety or security systems) is an advantage
    - Understanding of agile software development methodologies and process analysis is a plus
    - Desire for achieving a high level of process efficiency and data consistency with service / operations technology
    and tool environments
    - Ability to build trust with internal and external partners, within an intercultural environment
    - Proactive and positive attitude, willing to grow and having customer focus
    - Good communication skills in English. Additional European languages would be a plus
