    Within our Enterprise Business team assigned to Region EMEA Solutions & Services unit, we are looking for a motivated
    colleague to drive the implementation of a customer program (cross-border/multi-site locations projects) with the
    support of the local project managers and service delivery counterparts of our assigned countries. In your new role you
    will have a crucial impact in the development of the Enterprise Business and encompasses customer and partner
    relationship management.

    Your new responsibilities

    - Ensure alignment with customer requirements (e.g. contract/frame agreement) for complex, multi-site programs based
    on standardized solutions and/or services
    - Coordinate and guide project teams operations and optimize project efficiency
    - Write and/or adapt playbooks/documentation to deploy global customer projects
    - Devise optimization measures and scalable models to reduce execution effort and improve margins
    - Guide and support claim management identifying/driving possible deviations from the contract/agreed standards
    - Implement measures to define/optimize the delivery of projects and knowledge transfer on need basis
    - Collect and report consolidated status of projects/services performed under a contract/frame agreement
    - Create and share best practice and ensure knowledge is distilled and leveraged for other opportunities
    - Act as escalation level for customer HQ for issues arising during execution of projects/services
    - Ensure all strategic achievements/review points are completed effectively and appropriate leadership/stakeholders
    are notified and involved
    - Identify upside potential, advise the customer about additional benefits and support project/service extension
    reporting results
    - Metrics: revenue margin, efficiency gain increase, upside potential, recognized leadership, library material built,
    adherence to timescales and requirements

    Your skills and experience

    - Several years of operational experience as program manager for complex and cross-border solutions projects; within
    the building industry preferred
    - Acknowledged senior program manager, with the ability to build trust with internal and external partners across
    multiple business units and geographies
    - Certified project manager and solid experience in claim & contract management
    - Well organized, structured and used to work in an international and complex environment
    - Proactive and positive attitude and able to deal with stress situations effectively
    - Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills in English (level C). Any additional European language
    would be a plus
    - Willingness to travel
