To strengthen our team in the Service Division, we are looking for you as
Field Service Coordination 100% (f/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
- Coordination of Field Service Representatives, for Global On- and Offshore deployments
- Point of contact towards internal customers, external customers and agents for Field Service deployments
- Organize Briefing and Debriefing meetings for Field Service assignments.
- Maintain global Field Service schedule board and site progress monitoring.
- Customer offer preparation and contract related invoicing for Field Service assignments for Intercompany Customers
and Direct Markets
- Cost calculation according working program for preventive maintenance and Installation & Commissioning
- Collection and allocation of working hours, travel hours and expenses from Field Service Representatives
Your Profile:
- Graduated technical or commercial apprenticeship, preferably in international machine industry
- Higher education in business administration or similar education (FA or FH)
- At least 3 years' experience in coordination or disposition of Service personnel
- experience in SAP (modules CS and SD) and Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365
- German and English: fluent written and spoken, any other language welcome
