We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Product Manager who will be responsible for the technical and commercial
success of our assigned products. You will play a key role in managing the product portfolio, as
Product Manager Valve, Rings and Packing 80%-100% (f/m/d)
Main Tasks:
- Manage product portfolio of assigned products (Valves, Rings and Packings)
- Manage product portfolios with a strategic focus
- Market analysis and exploration of new market opportunities
- Observe the technological development in the relevant field
- Proposal and business planning for new product ideas
- Manage product improvement and product maintenance
- Manage Quality of products
- Define / monitor product specific KPI's and appropriate actions
- Support Sales with product specific know-how, documentation and trainings
- Actively manage the product life cycle
- from product idea to product phase out
- considering the needs of the entire value creation
What you bring:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
- Additional training in business, economics, or leadership
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar product management role within the machinery industry
- Experience in B2B product management, particularly with industrial goods
- Ability to combine technological know-how with commercial requirements
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken at a contractual level and German language skills would be an
advantage
