Technologies division in Aachen, Flamatt
Controller (m/w/d)

important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.
In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the
precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touchscreens for sensors,
smartphones or tablets. At the German PCT site, our expertise lies primarily in the field of HF generators.
The position can also be carried out from Flamatt (Switzerland) and requires 25% travel to the Aschen site in this
case.
What you will do:
• Month-end closing & reporting : Responsible for the month-end closing at the Aachen location, including analysis and
preparation of reports. You will also support and represent our Flamatt site
• Production & project controlling : Management and further development of our controlling processes for production
and projects
• Business partnering: As a central point of contact, you work closely with teams from Production, R&D, Sales and
Product Management
• Value flow & efficiency : You define and develop the value flow together with Production and drive efficiency
improvement measures as part of our global excellence program
• Reporting & analyses : Ensuring timely and business-relevant reporting as well as support with planning and ad-hoc
analyses
• SAP Key User : You are our local key user for SAP CO and support the Aachen and Flamatt sites
What you bring:
• Completed studies in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling
• Several years of professional experience in controlling in a manufacturing company
• Digital affinity and excellent SAP knowledge as well as advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are a real team player and always maintain an overview in
cross-functional teams
• High customer orientation and a strong understanding of business requirements
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel, with 25% of the working time spent at the Aachen site (in case the position is carried out
from Flamatt)
