To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and teamoriented individual for our division Plasma Control
Technologies at the Flamatt site as a
RF Calibration Engineer / Scientist 80-100%

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the
precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors,
smartphones or tablets.
What you will do:

Design, implementation, evaluation and documentation of calibrations of methods for RF systems and sub-modules
-
Design, Development and optimization of calibration standards and tools
-
Plan, Test and measurement automation for RF performance benchmarking and evaluations
-
Uncertainty budget evaluation of measurement equipment
-
Transfer calibration methods/procedures and systems to operation including training and documentation
What you bring:
-
Finalized university master’s degree in physics, electrical engineering or related field, PhD is a plus
-
3+ years of experience in RF/microwave metrology and engineering
-
Experience with high-level programming language(s); Python is a plus
-
Work experience in RF measurements and ideally in performing 3D-EM simulations
-
Structured and analytical working method and good knowledge of statistical methods

Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is an asset
