To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our Plasma Control
Technologies division as a
Vice President Global Product Management & Marketing

important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.
In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the
precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors,
smartphones or tablets.
This is what you can do:
• Lead the global Product Management Organization including Product Marketing
• Establish and strengthen Product Management & Marketing in the global PCT organization
• Establish leading edge product portfolio (new products, maintain products, phase out products, product life cycle
management)
• Develop and execute product strategies related to markets / customers
• Owner of product pricing and gross margin
• Act as a strong partner to R&D regarding product / technology requirements from the market / customer to ensure that
we develop what is needed and can be sold
• Drive cost optimization programs for products in collaboration with global operations
What you bring with you:
• Technical education paired with a degree in Economics or Business Administration
• At least 5 years of experience in product development and several years in product management, product marketing, if
possible, in the semiconductor or related industries (capital goods)
• Good understanding of RF power technologies including passive structures like matching networks, measurement systems
and high-power amplifiers
• Excellent knowledge of product strategy, development and management, product life cycle management, market research,
competition analysis etc
• Fundamental knowledge in requirements engineering for hard- and software considering modern processes such as agile
development
• Experience in vacuum capacitors, RF Plasma Delivery Systems, plasma measurement systems is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
