This position will be based out of Western Europe.
Role + Responsibilities
Lead, manage & develop a major global account for Endress+Hauser in the chemical industry by driving a collaborative
atmosphere between Endress+Hauser and the assigned account focussing on:
- Developing a long-term business relationship with the assigned account, in accordance with the Endress+Hauser
strategy
- Developing a multinational sales team to assist in penetrating the account in all global regions to maximize
business potential and establish a long-term partnership with the assigned account for the benefit of both companies
- Formulating and implementing an account penetration strategy that maximizes sales and gain market share for the
Endress+Hauser Group
- Driving collaboration between the account and Endress+Hauser’s organizations to ensure Endress+Hauser is perceived
as a qualified value-added partner and is meeting the existing and future needs of the account
- Expanding the business by gaining market share with the assigned accounts by establishing and maintaining strong
relationships with the account stakeholders
- Managing global agreements as required to maximize the collaboration opportunities and the business interests for
Endress+Hauser
- Establishing, growing, and maintaining multi-level contacts (C-Suite-to-Site) between the customer and Endress+Hauser
Qualification + Profile
- 10 years of relevant Industrial Automation experience in an International Sales / Account Management position within
the (Petro) Chemical and/or Oil & Gas sector
- Experience in starting, managing and closing complex sales cycles from start to finish
- Entrepreneurial personality, understanding the dynamics of a global company
- Strong business development skills
- Strong persuasion, influencing, negotiating skills and an exceptional communicator
- Culturally aware, sensitive to cultural differences as travel is required: 50% domestic and international
