Job Description Summary
Aero Projects Director (m/f/d) is responsible for driving projects excellence for Aero projects across tendering and
execution phases. You will proactively mitigate project risks in partnership with the OTR team; be responsible for
resolving significant customer issues, driving fulfillment excellence; and sharing expertise across regions in
collaboration with HQ functions supporting Aero projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide early leadership for high probability Equipment Only, Extended Scope and Turnkey projects during the ITO,
advance release and transition to OTR phases.
- Work in partnership with the Aero ITO personnel to enable the ITO team to effectively prepare robust proposals that
minimize execution risk, ensuring seamless transition to the OTR execution team.
- Collaborate with ITO team to develop project action plan during ITO, schedule team meetings with necessary functions
to drive execution implementation and solve process delays.
- Coordinate with C&C and Partnering teams to select and manage the assessment and onboarding of service providers to
support equipment design, supply, installation and commissioning work scopes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or college and/or equivalent knowledge /
experience.
- Significant complex project management experience in the energy industry in related functions, including proven
functional leadership experience.
