    Job reference: WD-0033387 What's the role? As a key player at the interface between product development and
    production, you will drive the manufacturing technology roadmap for heat treatment. Your role is to steer this roadmap
    in cooperation with our business units and production plants. Moreover, you will further develop our cutting-edge heat

    the opportunity to globally manage the development of heat treatment technologies, from the initial idea to
    implementation. You will be the driving force behind research activities, the actual technology and process development
    and production transfer into our different production plants. Working with multi-disciplinary teams, you will leverage
    our extensive network of internal and external partners to manage and develop heat treatment technologies for existing
    and future products. Your expertise will be crucial to improve our existing state-of-the-art heat treatment
    technologies, while working closely with product development to enhance related products. Let your passion for

    - University degree (M.Sc.) or PhD in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or comparable discipline
    - Proven professional expertise in heat treatment technologies and technology development
    - A passion for technology and project management
    - Fluent in English and German
    - Readiness to travel about 20%
