Position Overview
Novelis’ Sierre is located in the Valais Switzerland employing around 550 people. It mainly focuses on production of
aluminium sheet for the automotive market covering the entire process from casting to finishing. The plant also hosts a
world-leading Research & Innovation Center specialized in the development of new automotive sheet alloys surface
treatment and joining technologies. In Feburary 2022 together with research institutions and a local energy provider
Novelis founded the Net Zero Lab Valais to develop carbon-neutral solutions for aluminium manufacturing. The lab
focuses on identifying and implementing innovative solutions to neutralize the carbon footprint of Novelis’
manufacturing operations and neighboring communities starting in Sierre.
The Sierre plant supports its community through direct sponsorship of many annual events promoting education sports
and culture.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Vos responsabilités :
Recrutement :
- Rédaction et publication des offres d’emploi, plus gestion de la plateforme de recrutement;
- Sélection des profils et premiers contacts des candidats ;
- Entretien et participation à la décision de sélection finale ;
- Intégration des nouveaux employés ;
- Responsable des recrutements du personnel temporaire.
Formation :
- Analyse des besoins et planification des formations ;
- Organisation des événements / formations RH ;
- Recrutement et coordination des apprentis en collaboration avec le responsable des apprentis de Novelis Sierre ;
- Suivi de la participation et monitoring des KPIs ;
- Participation active dans les projets liés à la formation.
Autres activités:
- Participation aux projets d’amélioration continue des processus RH
Comment nous convaincre :
- Formation dans les ressources humaines, ou formation commerciale jugée équivalente ;
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des tâches administratives en ressources humaines, de l’organisation du
recrutement et des formations;
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques & de SAP ;
- De langue maternelle française ou allemande avec une très bonne maîtrise de l’autre langue, connaissance de
l’anglais serait un plus ;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et en autonomie ;
- Méthode de travail rigoureuse et précise ;
- Sens élevé de la responsabilité et de la confidentialité;
- Bonnes compétences relationnelles à tous niveaux.
